IMPORTANT NOTE
The Personal Membership (standard subscription process) is strictly for personal use of our designs and does not convey the right to use any of our designs for any commercial purpose. If you wish to use our designs in a monetary profit business, you must purchase this Commercial Use Membership. Please carefully read and understand these requirements.

1.- ALLOWED Commercial Use (with Commercial Use Membership)

Our exclusive designs may be commercially used on the following businesses:

Scrap for Others (S4O) and/or Scrap for Hire (S4H), which is the business of creating scrapbook layouts (photo album pages) for a specific and individual third person and receiving payment for the work on a small-scale basis as defined herein.

Crafts, handmade artwork, and decorator or ornamental items, such as popcorn or candy wrappers, soap covers, greeting cards, stamped, embroidery design, napkins for parties, mugs, plates, t-shirts, glasses, lamp shades, mouse pads, totes, stationery sets, book marks, quilt squares, jar labels, recipe cards, decoupage wood items, indoor/outdoor signs, hand-painted outdoor yard displays, Christmas ornaments, gift bags, gift boxes, and all types of goods made for professional and hobby crafters when they are created in a small-scaled family and/or home-based business as defined herein. Items for commercial use must be created by your own hands and sold as a completed and finished item.

Magazines and publications of any nature, such as newsletters, catalogs, brochures, newspapers, etc., for monetary profit but in limited quantities and within the small-scale definition described herein.

Digital use, under the following categories:
1) Digital jobs to be sold to third persons such as web pages, web sets, website graphics, templates, Outlook Express stationery, Incredimail letters, digital design, e-cards, and similar uses with monetary profit.
2) Digital jobs to set, format or design your own website with commercial purposes, or to enhance the presentation of products to be sold in ebay auctions, websites, e-shops or related ones. In these cases our images aren’t part of the product itself to be sold; they are used just for exhibition or presentation purposes.

Photography: if you have your own photographic studio or are a professional photographer, you may use our images within the quantity limitation specified below.

2.- Definition

Small-scale basis: Your handmade crafts may be sold individually or even at craft fairs and other venues, including online web sites, as long as you do not sell more than two hundred (200) finished products using the same image or design within a one calendar year period. The same quantity applies to all other allowed commercial end uses except digital use.

3.- Expanded Commercial Use Policy

Under our Expanded Commercial Use Policy, special requests and permission can be obtained for professional hand crafters, digital designers, photographers, etc. to sell items in excess of the 200 allowed uses of an image. The request must be made in writing by email to MangelsDesigns@gmail.com with a fully detailed explanation of the project, the image(s) to be used, method of sales and any other pertinent details. In these cases if permission is granted, an additional fee may be required.

4.- General Conditions

1) Our designs may be modified totally or partially with no restriction.

2) In all allowed commercial uses, our images must appear as an addition to the final goods to be sold. For example, the image would be added to a scrapbooking layout, a candy wrapper, or a ceramic plate. In other words, the final goods for sale must be different from the image itself.

3) A credit to MangelsDesigns linked to http://www.MangelsDesigns.com is not mandatory , but always highly appreciated.

4) Any use of our images in a business not stated in the above categories requires prior authorization.

5.- UNALLOWED Commercial Use

Use of our images in the following ways is strictly prohibited:

Reproduction of images. The reproduction, distribution or redistribution of an image or a group of images through any media, e.g., digital, electronic, physical, etc., and for any purpose. This includes websites, CDs, DVDs, printed copies, etc.

Scrapbooking Kits or Elements. Our images cannot be sold as part of kits or elements for digital or conventional scrapbooking, either as derivative digital scrapbooking works to be sold in kits or as pre-made pages, templates, elements, etc

Business Logos. Use of our images to create corporate designs or logos to identify a company, business or enterprise is strictly prohibited.

Large Quantities or Mass Production. Use of our images for products that are manufactured in large quantities with industrial or handmade mass methods and production processes for massive distribution is not allowed.

6.- Commercial Use Membership Specifications

Price: $149.00 USD

No Expiration: The price listed above is for a lifetime fee. Only one payment is required and the Commercial Use Membership never needs to be renewed.

No Download Restrictions: Except as detailed in the paragraph below, "Excluded Images", you may download all images without limitation or previous authorization in any category or collection, present or future, an unlimited number of times.

Included images: All our present and future collections are included. In a very reduced group of images, it is necessary to obtain previous authorization of the artist or designer to use his/her designs for profit purposes. The artist or designer is free to give permission, deny permission, or require that specific conditions be met. You may contact the artist and/or agent by contacting us. We will refer your inquiry to the artist or representative.

Although the general Commercial Use Membership provides unlimited access to future collections, MangelsDesigns reserves the right to limit, at its own discretion, the commercial use of any future collections released.

Non-Sharing of Memberships: The Commercial Use Membership is controlled under the system we have in place to detect the prohibited practice of sharing log-in data with third parties.

To obtain a Commercial Use Lifetime Membership, make a one-time payment of $149.00 USD through the Paypal button below, and email your full name to MangelsDesigns@gmail.com to open and activate your account. This normally takes place within 24 hours. When your account has been activated, we will notify you. Please wait for our email notification. Remember, this is a Lifetime subscription / Only one payment, Membership never needs to be renewed.
